The service took twice as long as expected and no update was provided. After I paid for the services there was an additional 30 minute wait to get my car back. It was very unlike prior appointments and it was very frustrating to have no communicationavout what was going on

Zeke actually helped me find MAJOR discrepancies on my account. Happy he helped me today because my Toyota Care was supposed to be until 2023 based on Ronnie and now Zeke found out it’s BEEN EXPIRED.

When scheduling an appointment and a ride with the shuttle service customers should be abreast of all changes. Also if there are alternatives like utilizing a car while your vehicle is being serviced, customers should be made aware. Give your customers a choice so that they can make a decision but be fully transparent with everything and all circumstances. Everyone’s time is of value.

Jimmy was great, when I arrived he greeted me in a professional manner and he explained what they were going to do to my car. He also kept me updated on the status of my car while they were working on it.
