Your employees were rude to each other. Tire dept did not make necessary notations. No one explained my breaks to me. I was told I would have a duplicate paper and never got it . Not satisfied this time

It was really really really disappointing. I requested for tire rotaion and a complimentary car wash because I have an email sent to me by toyota carson but unfortunately it was never performed. I rate a 0 star for this service and the service advisor.

I brought my car in for maintenance and at pick up there was a scratch that wasn't there at drop off. When notified the representative (Adriana) responded to me by saying I wasn't even there when it got dropped off. Check the cameras I WAS in her office. Her response was very unprofessional. I've bought all my cars from you guys and have never had an unpleasant experience until now.
