lLleve el carro a recall porque ustedes me enviaron nota y lo lleve el día 9-22-21. Y resulta que le quitaron un tornillo grande y el original del carro y le pusieron uno usado y más pequeño ese carro se compró allí y tiene todo original del carro excepto el tornillo que le cambiaron yo lleve el carro para cambio de aceite 10-4-21 y quería exponer mi reclamo , usted estába atendiendo a otras personas en su oficina y esperando que se desocupara,pero desaforadamente me llamaron de mi trabajo y me tuve que retirar. El carro es 14 Toyota/ Prius/ 4H. HB. Two. License No 7CTW853

DISSATISFIED WITH SERVICE!!!
Issue was not resolved, service advisor did not provide me with not updated regarding my vehicle being ready until the next day (after I already had my vehicle). I took my chances to go to the dealers by close of business and luckily it was ready and my service advisor Jimmy was already gone for the day. Didn’t bother giving me any updates.
I am very disappointed with your service , I was there yesterday to do the maintenance on my car , and today my car had a problem , now I am without a car and I need to work , you sent me a rental car , but I do not want an inferior car my , my car is new , i want a car at least similar
Pleased with service, although I thought I had one more oil change on my package.
