Adrianna notified me three minutes after eleven to tell me my car was in good hands and she will let me know when it’s ready. I’m assuming she went to lunch after the text she sent me because I went outside at 11:20 and my car was in the frontline I went back inside to the cashier and asked was my car ready and she proceeded to call Adrianna, no answer at all. I went back out and saw the service advisor Jimmy and asked him if the cars on the frontline were vehicles that had been serviced and complete and he said, no. Then asked me for the advisor that was helping me and started calling her on her phone. This took another 30 minutes. My appt. was at 8:30am. I checked in at 8:50am for an oil change that took 3 hours. I understand you have a lot of customers at any given time but to have some wait until you get back from lunch is ridiculous. And she didn’t even tell me if I needed any future work, like all of the previous advisors and I definitely needed something because the guy that inspected my car before she came definitely said my tires were cracking or he failed to tell her.

I feel confident on the road after my visit with Jay at Carson Toyota.
