I was told it was going to take an hour and a half to change my oil it wasn’t completed till many many many hours later. When I picked up my car It had a Burning oil smell and it had an oil leak. Thank God I didn’t drive away with an oil leak.

It seems like I was expected to know what was going to be done to my car and what was done to my vehicle. Maybe that’s all the service the advisors provide; take keys, tell you how long the wait is and that’s it. I had to look for my advisor twice, once to explain to me what was done to my car and a second time to ask her where I needed to get my keys. Both times I found her in her office, one time she was on her personal phone. I have only had to take my car to get serviced 3 times since I purchased my Camry and every time, the service was subpar, advisors look overwhelmed, they expect the customer to ask for explanation of the service done. I honestly don’t expect good service when I get my car serviced at Carson Toyota.

I was advised that I have a nail in my tire. Instead of pulling and repairing the nail from the tire, was advised I can buy a new tire. This was not an acceptable solution when the tire is able to be repaired. Very disappointed in outcome.
