I waited for 3 hours and 20 min for a routine maintenance and called your customer relations manager to complain because apparently my car was ready for over an hour and I didn’t get a text til 1:02 and the girl at the cashier desk had my Paper in her hand when I went up to her. She didn’t call my name and I was right across their desk.

had to wait 4 hours for an oil change when they told me it would be 2 hours because they were busy! I’ve been a loyal client here for over 2 years and today was probably the worst service I have ever encountered from my service representative to the front desk. Everyone was very rude. I usually get communication about my vehicles estimated wait time and I got none. I have work to go to and no car now so thanks for wasting my time. When I made a complaint all I was offered was a free car wash. Ridiculous. Next time you are under staffed don’t book clients to waste their time. I bought a package of 5 oil changes and I wish I could be refunded for making me waste my time. No one should have to wait four hours and on top of that no one really cared that they were wasting my time since they get paid and I am not getting paid to wait. On top of that the shuttle time wait was over an hour. Either way they could have notified me the service was taking longer than usual and I could have been more understanding. But making me wait like an idiot for four hours because they don’t care is horrible customer service.

I understand we are in covid times But the service department seem very Impersonal I was never really greeted since I had an appointment Given a number and then told to walk into office. While the service department typed up an oil as if it was a daang overhaul After service was not greeted by Service department to go over Recommendations for future work on my car. I guess I’m just another number on top of a Toyota

Overall, everyone involved was really kind and courteous. But my car was missing when I needed to pick it up and I wasn't given an explanation.

Maria Flores like all the service advisors at Toyota did an excellent job. I have been using your service since 2008 and hope that the excellent service on my new Toyota continues to make my driving experience a safe one. I only had one major problem in the past where my radiator had to be replaced. The mechanics have always done excellent work and made me aware of any extra service that needed to be done. It is my hopes that I continue to feel safe with my new Toyota.
