First time customer to this dealership. Jimmy was quite careless and inattentive. From the moment he approached my vehicle to the moment I signed some "receipt", he spoke roughly 10 words. Every other employee appeared to be annoyed of being at "work". A significant amount of customers walking around clueless trying to figure out who did what at the dealer (seeking assistance); given employees were not engaging with customers.

If you cannot deliver a car at the promised time knowing that I was there waiting, YOUR REP should have reached out to me to inform me “there was something wrong with my car” that your INEXPERIENCED tech could not fix …instead of having me wait for over an hour AFTER expected time just to get a hold of you (text,call, receptionist no answer) TO inform me there was an issue and then after 2hrs after promise time they offered a rental …MY time is AS IMPORTANT as any other customer and YOUR REP’s…very inconsiderate of your customer’s time.

The wi-fi is terrible. You advertise this is a benefit, but it was not useable. I expected to be able to work while I waited for three hours and I could not. Also, the cashier was a bit rude.

Thank you for your service during the Holiday madness.. I was very satisfied with my service. I commend you on your Customer Service Lounge. Everything was nice and clean as well as spacious. You had a movie on, complimentary coffee, soft sofas and chairs to relax in, even the woman’s bathroom was spotless. My wait time was exact, check out was quick. Everyone was very pleasant. Happy Holidays to Carson Toyota!!!!!!!
