I went in and was quoted an hour and half to diagnose the problem. My tire pressure light was on and blinking. It took 3 hours. Yes 3 long hours. Two hours in I told Alysha I needed my car back because I needed to get to work. Had I known it was going to take so long I would’ve went back another day. It still took an hour after I told her I needed it because I needed to get to work to get it back. Yes an hour and I still had to go remind her a couple times because I felt no sense of urgency with her. I finally got it back but so much time was wasted I had to race to work and I barely made it. I literally have never been more annoyed or about to loose my **** like I was today so let me just apologize for that because I was probably rude to some of your other employees because of this. All she had to do was be up front about how long it would take and I would’ve gladly returned another day instead of staying today and getting so damn upset that I don’t even want to go back.

No me gustó el servicio porque no me atendieron como tenía que ser los que atienden cuando uno lleva el carro a servicio culpan a los vendedores que son unos mentirosos en pocas palabras te están robando cuando tú compras tu carro porque cuando necesitas qué te reemplazan lo que te venden te dicen que ir ya no tiene garantía la verdad yo no recomendaría a un amigo a un familiar Carson Toyota es de lo peor en su personal

You should reword the text regarding bypassing the counter by paying for the service via the link in the text. I paid for it online thinking I could bypass the counter like the text said; however, I was instructed after waiting for about 5-10 mins that I needed to go back to the counter to sign and receive my paperwork along with the tag to have the driver bring my car up. It was definitely frustrating.
