No notification of part ready, more than a week went by and I had to call multiple times, service receptionist told me that someone would call me back and no one returned my call, called back the next day and the same service receptionist answered, she transferred my call to Jonathan but got voice mail, I went by that same day about 5pm, Jonathan wasn’t there, but the service advisor next door to the right facing his office, instead of looking into the issue and having somebody install the 2 minutes part, just sed to comeback tomorrow and see Jonathan the next day..!! I called the next day and the same female service receptionist answered, and before she gave me the run around again as the previous day, I requested to make sure Jonathan was going to be available, before getting a voice Mail, she is sitting in front of them..!! finally Jonathan was able to call and took care of it at end of that same day..!! I know this is a survey about Jonathan, but unfortunately every person involve impacts each other, I’m very thankful to Jonathan for taking care of the issue, but the first time that part was replaced on the driver side, it got there the same day..!! Now that the passenger had to be replace, I was told by Jonathan it would be about a week..!!! I think the part got there sooner than a week, but no one care about calling me, the bad experience with the receptionist and the other service advisor next to Jonathan made my Carson Toyota experience this time a 2 out 5 stars..!!!

I love great customer service. At the last dealership the customer service was horrible hence the reason I came to Carson Toyota. My first experience was wonderful and I only pray we can continue to develop a wonderful relationship.

Was not satisfied with the service. I will have to make another appointment to fix my parking brake issue that was never resolved back when I took the car to get serviced on October 2021. Susana also lacks communication with her coworkers. She told me that after my vehicle was service that it would be” rinsed down” at the car wash by the was not true. It still was dirty. I am leasing the 2020 Toyota Highlander vehicle. I told the manager that t have disclosed my parking brake issue 4 times and still has not been fixed. If this dealership doesn’t care about it’s own vehicle it’s on them. I will not mention this issue anymore. I will wait until my lease finishes return the vehicle and lease a new vehicle at Westcoast Toyota in Long Beach.

Previous visits all technicians have called me to inform me that my car is ready or to inform any other suggestions if there needed to be made to my car Jimmy didn’t not call me to inform me or to provide additional service I only got a automated text saying car ready for pick up I had left the location, I had to call just to make sure it was ready since I’m used to getting a call.
