I waited two and a half hours to get a service maintenance on the vehicle only to find out that the service advisor that checked me in turned over my file to another advisor without letting her know that they could not work on my car. That is three hours of my time I cannot regain. Service was way better then, what happened? I guess there are other Toyota Service centers elsewhere. It is just sad that my entire household bought and have cars serviced through this dealership all these years. And then later in the day, have the audacity to send me a text tellinh me that my vehicle is in good hands. I do not think so.

I got platinum care when i purchased my car and was told that all services and repairs including parts will be covered. The coverage is for 8 yrs or 75000 miles but when i drop my car for routine maintenance service i was told that i used up all my credits and it expires already so i was really upset because that is not how they explain it when i got the platinum care. Its so disappointing when you find out that they will tell you anything just so they could get your business. So i wont be refer my family and friends to your branch. And i took my car for a simple oil change drop it off 12:30 and its already past 4 and still havent teceived a call or text if my car is ready for pick up. I have to call and ask if my car is ready and juan didnt even return my call so i went back to pick up my car not knowing if its ready or not. I value honesty and good customer service and is lacking in this branch.
