First appointment for this issue parts needed to be ordered. Second visit , failed to order parts, third visit failed to tell me the time it would take to do the work so had to reschedule as I didn’t have enough time Very disappointed with organization and customer service

After almost two hours of waiting for oil change, I got my car. However, the interior beige fabric of the seat and side door had grease stains all over. I wish I had more time to go back and complain to the manager at that time of service, august 31, 2022. I am losing my faith in your good service.

Drew has always been my service advisor. I find his service to be exceptional as he takes heed of your needs and listens to your questions. He understands the customers needs and what is most practical to have the car fixed and a good experience. He advised that I purchase Toyota Care do that I was covered for services that I get regularly.
