After almost two hours of waiting for oil change, I got my car. However, the interior beige fabric of the seat and side door had grease stains all over. I wish I had more time to go back and complain to the manager at that time of service, august 31, 2022.

Drew has always been my service advisor. I find his service to be exceptional as he takes heed of your needs and listens to your questions. He understands the customers needs and what is most practical to have the car fixed and a good experience. He advised that I purchase Toyota Care do that I was covered for services that I get regularly.
