Jonathan was AMAZING! He was polite, attentive, and took his time explaining everything about my service. I’m not sure if he’s up for a raise or promotion, but he deserves one!
Stephanie was very professional. She told me what was wrong, she gave me the price and the work was done.

Although Josh’s service was very professional this had been my THIRD time coming to Toyota of Ardmore for problem resolution to the issue with my 2018 PRE-CERTIFIED Toyota Rav-4 and it took the Director of Service department to get the correct action taken to correct issue with the vehicle. It appears that the Service Department Team members in taking customers at the Service Counter may not be conferring with Josh on certain repair issues l:e Breaks …. So that all possibilities are discussed before sending a customer on there way , for that same customer having to return two more times and the Director has to insure this situation is resolved, when the Team member could have conferred with Director the first time and saved customer two more trips
Matthew is informative & service oriented.
In past I go to Holman’s in NJ. But felt the individual service is better @ Ardmore. Working with Matthew is a big difference.
You might consider having part of the service waiting area expand into the show room.
