Came in for a simple issue left having more than that issue fixed. No big deal glad they were able to get me in and fixed quickly. Great communication along the whole process!! Car wash or detail would’ve been an added benefit.

We were told that the oil changes included a car wash. This was not offered today during the service. Also there was confusion related to a warranty item. The service person should have better training on understanding warranty items, evidently this warranty item had been corrected prior to purchase. But now I wonder if that is a true statement.
Rylie was fine. Mechanic didnt reset my oil change or give new window sticker when next change was due. Yes, I can figure both out but when you pay 61 dollars for oil change these should be done.
Ethan Grace does his job exceptionally well. He really knows how to speak to customers. He should work in sales on the side. As far as the service dept., I asked for a software update on the radio for uconnect. The version installed is not the latest version. So now I have to drive back, another 35 miles one way, to have another update... My reason for service was to flash the ECM, the price was very reasonable, this time. Last time I came in a couple months ago, it was quite a lot more than this time. Why? What is the reason for this? Can i get credited back the difference?
Professional and courteous service every time we come to the dealership. Ethan went out of his way to help us and it is employees like him that are the reason we will continue to purchase vehicles from Edwards and no place else.
