My truck was repaired as promised and on time

It took almost 1.5 hours but I found out that I would not have been provided a loaner for an issue with my truck that is only three months old. Then i was told the wash was not available to Clean my truck but then on my way out there was another truck that was freshly dripping.

The only thing that I was disappointed with was that when I went to pick up my paperwork for the vehicle inspection, the person that had it was gone for the day and no one else there could get it for me. Now I have to drive back tomorrow which takes 25 minutes to get my paperwork which I need for the DMV. This was not Jennifer's fault I feel, but a little better communication might have saved me a trip back to the dealership.

I was very happy with how fast they were able to get my car in to get the check engine light diagnoised and repaired and got it taken care of and returned to me and I was able to use a loaner car so I was able to get my errands taken care of
