Windshield was to be replaced if couldn’t be fixed. They claim they fixed it but it is a **** job that was done can still feel the chip and it’s right in the view when I drive. Both the guy in the service department and the sales guy agreed it was a **** job and yet nothing was done about it.
Very disappointed that I was told after paying extra when I purchased my car that I would get black Cadillac wheels then told I would have to pay $700 more to get them. I ended up just getting my $1100 back since the company couldn’t keep the agreement.
I appreciated that while my Wrangler was in for an oil change they took the time to check my complaint of a slow leak in one of my tires. They found the problem and fixed it and even washed my Wrangler for me!
I had an 8:30 appointment, arrived at 8:25 and said I would come back as I was told 45 minutes. After 90 minutes of not hearing anything I called only to find out that it was going to be another 30 minutes to be completed. I asked for a call back which took about 10 minutes to happen and he said that it still had another 15 minutes and that he put other vehicles in front of mine because he assumed that I was in no hurry. I tried talking and he kept talking over me. I explained that I made the 8:30 appt fully expecting to be completed in 45 or less for oil change. I felt disrespected and that my time did not matter.
Ethan got me in and out quickly and was very helpful. I’m happy he has returned to Edwards.

Courtesy car wash was a great idea but poorly executed. It's better to not offer something that will be done poorly.
The good looking girl ( did not get her name) at the center desk worked me in even though my appointment did not appear on the schedule. She was easygoing and assured me it was not an inconvenience. Ethan was pleasant and professional and informative. Good staff.
The service department seems to always find additional items to dealt and charge additional items for.
