When I called to schedule my appointment, the scheduler indicated it would take about 25 minutes. I had said I would wait for my vehicle. It was an hour and 25 minutes before my car was completed.

I was waited on righ away I needed a ride home the young man was very polite knew exactly where my house was located . I was called at 12:30 said they had completed the exam of the rattle in the front end of my car the sway bar is what was rattling on the left side the same thing had to be repaired on the tight side in May 2018 they were ordering the parts to repair my car around June 23
I am sure that the current situation is hard for businesses. The service department did everything they could to get my Jeep repaired and back to me. Fred worked with me to get it delivered to my workplace so I didn't have to miss time.
Great cs as always, daily updates on my vehicle were greatly appreciated. Had to return to shop and a loose part was attended to immediately w/o any unnecessary stress.
