Where do I start? This was a mess from the first time I took my car in with a bad alternator. Almost $200 for diagnostics, to tell me my battery needs replaced (my battery was less than a year old). A few days later after my car died on the side of an interstate ramp my car was towed back to you and the alternator was replaced. Riley was rather dismissive with me when I first told her from my first conversation with her that I thought the problem was the alternator. I need to trade my car in sometime soon for a new car. Probably won’t go with Edwards.
