Riley was awesome. She treated me like I was her only customer of the day. I know she probably had many, but she took care of my truck maintenance needs.
Where do I start? This was a mess from the first time I took my car in with a bad alternator. Almost $200 for diagnostics, to tell me my battery needs replaced (my battery was less than a year old). A few days later after my car died on the side of an interstate ramp my car was towed back to you and the alternator was replaced. Riley was rather dismissive with me when I first told her from my first conversation with her that I thought the problem was the alternator. I need to trade my car in sometime soon for a new car. Probably won’t go with Edwards.
Jennifer was awesome. I was in and out dropping off and picking up.
She was smiling and cheerful, and it was first thing Monday morning!
