Thank you. People always say the “dealerships”’try to rip you off but I just find when let other techs touch my car I just pay for the job to be done right at the “dealership” :) Marissa did a great job keeping me in the loop!

I made an appointment with her for running a test to fix the left front window whistling noise. I left my car there on July 7th for an entire day from 8:45am to 8pm. Until 7:15pm I called service department, no one called me back or texted me for any updates. I had to go there and was told that NO details were left about this issue. I don't see the point for making this appointment at all. She did nothing to my car, not even drove it out for a test. She LIED to me the next day that they ran a test, but my dash cam proves that she's done NOTHING. I leave in Maryland and drove back and forth for an hour and half for nothing. This person was wasting my time and was not respectful to her customer. I trusted Price Toyota because I bought my car there. However, your service team ruined it. Good job.

Oil change service sticker was not replaced and old sticker says I need service. I have no sticker to remind me to return to Price for next service interval/date. Made me question whether oil change/tire rotation service was performed or not. More importantly, the car HVAC recirculation button does not function correctly after the service. Regardless of the setting outside air is being used for cooling. I inhaled exhaust, the smell of the landfill, and every other smell I drove past on the way home and could not isolate the ventilation to the interior of the vehicle. Please contact me as soon as possible with a time I can bring the car back to be fixed properly.

This was the first time I took my 2017 Jeep Compass to get serviced since purchasing in February due to the virus. I had just scheduled for an oil change and had mentioned to Dacia about a window noise I had been hearing off and on. She gave me some great suggestions on how to handle and I decided after talking through it with her, to only have the tech work on it if they can duplicate. After my car was done, she literally came out to the lobby, sat down and talked with me about the service and what was done. I didn’t feel at all one time, that I was forced to get a service I didn’t need - and how refreshing that is. You hear all the time about people who have gone to get their cars serviced to find out they didn’t need it. I really appreciated it as honesty is hard to find in any business. The information on the service sheet was thorough and Dacia made it a point to give me her business card and mention her email address in case I had questions or needed to send her anything in regards to my window. She didn’t seem bothered or make me feel like I was just “another customer”. Thank you to the entire team on an awesome experience and I look forward to my next visit!
