The work was done perfectly, the only thing I would change is this : if your cars going to be there 2 weeks , I should have been updated, instead I didn’t get a call back until I called in wondering why I haven’t heard from ANYONE in 2 weeks, Also trying to reach Marissa was impossible!!!

Good service overall, only one suggestion for the future is to give more accurate time estimate for waiting time both for estimate and for repair. I had to wait much longer than I was told.

Marissa was great! she payed attention to the other concerns I had besides a straight forward oil change. She came and checked on me in the waiting room and thanked me for my patience. Dacia was very kind and did everything she could to help. The service manager I spoke to was very rude and told me he could not find a problem with my car. There is a problem with the car I just purchased from Price Toyota on May 26th. I felt as though I was wasting his time and he wanted to just get me to leave after I drove 2 hours for my appointment. I got nothing accomplished and wasted my only day off of the week for no results. Poor customer service on his part.

I had a CRC treatment for frame corrosion performed on 7/8/2020 on my 2011 Tacoma. My comments on the treatment: 1. The CRC treatment chemicals, after two days are still oozing from my vehicle. Researching the CRC treatment on-line, it is not clear if this oozing will stop after 72 hours or many months, if ever... 2. Will rainwater affect the long term effectiveness of the treatment? Again, on-line information indicates that the underbody of the vehicle should not be washed for 72 hours to allow the treatment to cure. It is currently raining heavily in my area. 3. How will I know if the treatment is effective? Should my Tacoma be re-inspected in the future? 4. The **** on understanding everything about the treatment appears to be on the vehicle owner and not Toyota. Why do I need to go on-line to get information on the treatment and why isn't this information provided to the owner up-front prior to treatment? 5. I've owned three Toyota trucks since 1985. My 1997 Tacoma was recalled in 2011 due to frame corrosion. I bought a 2nd Tacoma in 2011 thinking that Toyota had fully resolved any frame corrosion issues, but apparently it has not. Prior to receiving this latest notice on issues with my 2011 Tacoma, I purchased a 2019 4Runner. This latest incident with frame corrosion on my Tacoma gives me pause from future purchases of any Toyota vehicle.
