I am always pleased with my service at Price Toyota and will continue to service my vehicle here for as long as I have it. The only issue I had today while I waited in reception was a guest was there for more than an hour and refused to wear his mask, even after he was asked by a staff person he kept removing it and walking around between guest as if he was parading. I missed having courtesy coffee. But Thanks to you all for what you do! AWESOME TEAM!
I greatly appreciate Jeff Sherrod for putting my safety first. The steering shaft assembly went bad in my car and the part was not available until the next day. Jeff put in a request for a rent a car for me to drive home since my car posed a safety risk. Jeff said that Price Toyota would absorb the full cost of the rent a car. I certainly appreciate Jeff's great customer service and generosity.
Jd was great I would give him a 10 He took the time and sat down and explained what I needed now and what could wait until later . I am a senior citizen and I wish there were more people like him because I have gotten ripped off a lot Knowing that when the time comes he will be there to guide me through I have been coming there for over 20 years always bought new cars there in 1917 I was rear ended and and bought a car somewhere else Biggest mistake But I am back and look forward to many years with Price and Jd great guy will recommend to everyone I know Thanks Jd for listening to me

Marissa was very courteous from the time my vehicle pulled into the service bay and during the wait to have the service completed. She provided timely updates to the status of my car and was pleasant and professional throughout the time. I requested to have my brake pads switched back to a semi-metallic pad after I switched them to a ceramic a year ago and she let me know that there was quite a bit of life left in the old pad and wanted to make sure I wanted to make the switch. I let her know it was because the ones I switched to prior squealed too much and I preferred the oem model and wanted to change them again. I appreciated Marissa looking out for the customer and ensuring that no unnecessary work was being done if it didn’t need it.
I didn't really deal with her, I dealt with zane crocker in the auto body shop. He was fabulous in every way !!!!
