We were told the part was in, then my husband takes the car in to get the part put in and after sitting for 20 minutes waiting for the car, was told that the part is not in - waisted his time, gas and put mileage on our car for nothing. I hope they call us when the part does come in so we get this car completely done.

I was disappointed that I had a scheduled appointment and it took 4 hours for one flat tire to be changed. I called for an update, and no one one was available to speak to me. Instead, they took my phone number, and I waited and received a call one hour later as they were finally getting around to servicing my vehicle. This is the second appointment with the service department in the past few months in which timing was delayed. There are other car dealerships closer to my house, including another Toyota dealership, however, I have attempted to stay loyal to Price, as I purchased my vehicle here in 2009. When I inquired as to the delay, I was told that it is because staffing is short due to the pandemic. If that is the case (which is understandable), perhaps less appointments should be available or expectations for delays should be disclosed up front. As this seems to be a repeated problem at this service department, I am hesitant to bring my car there in the future.
