Was left stranded at work. Had a qom appt.and was told my vehicle would be done by 4 when I get off work. Service advisor would not answer text or phone calls. Had to call the main number twice to reach him. When I arrived via UBER the paperwork still was not done.
Furthermore I had to wait approximately 15 minutes until my truck was finally brought around for me. Quality of work seemed fine but customer service was sub oar.
Folks at dealership were great. Had 2009 Corolla photographed for paint recall.

I was text and informed that it was time for my vehicle to be serviced. So I made appt and when I arrived I was told I can only get tire rotation and fluid check cause my vehicle didn’t have enough miles for an oil change, then I had to pay $29 for something that shouldn’t have been doné without an oil change then I was told , oh you can come in when you put 5000 more miles????? So I can come in again and pay for oil change

It was a good experience. I just watched TV until the car was finished. It didn't take as long as I thought it would. Everything was completed.
