Excellent service and responsiveness.
As always, Sean provides the highest quality of customer service. I know my car is in good hands with him, plus he’s professional and a pleasure to work with. My next comment has nothing to do with Sean, but in this current environment I feel that the person bringing your car should wipe the steering wheel and all points touched in front of the customer. Sean was not the person who pulled the car around to me.

There were too many people in the waiting room and too much traffic. I tried to find a separate space in the showroom but half the salesmen didn’t have masks on while talking/ laughing and some gas masks but not covering their nose. So I ended up outside, which Jason had offered as an option. It was 90 degrees, there was no seating, there was no awning or shade. Not a very customer friendly or safe experience.
I waited a long time for what should have been a simple service only to find he had called me to ask about something. No one said anything about calling me, my phone was on silent. If he had said I’ll text or call if there’s a problem, I would have been watching for it.
I also should mention that everyone who came to greet me, talk with me, came closer than 6 feet. I kept having to ask them to back up. It’s wear a mask AND stay 6 feet apart not OR.
Davis was exceptional with being detailed oriented about the service Price was performing on my truck.
Dacia was very friendly and nice both before and after the service to my vehicle.
