Raschell was very helpful and informative I was surprised that when I called “price Toyota service” it did not go to the DuPont highway location and the call center could not answer specific questions such as night drop off of vehicle. They need to inform the customer they are not on location and connect to location instead of customer having to figure that out and then have to ask for the location. Don’t fake it - only when I questioned some responses they admitted they were not on location.
