Prompt and personable service.
My truck was there for 2 weeks that my body shop sent for front end repairs. While on patrol, police officer, I found my truck in the rear of your building unlocked in the middle of the night. I was advised that my parts were in a week after my truck was at your service shop so I was expecting my truck to be repaired on Tuesday since Monday was Labor Day. I received a call from my body shop on Thursday advising me that they made contact with your place since no one had called them and were advised the parts were backordered. Funny since I was told the parts were in Friday and I called your service department. I was told the service tech wasn't in and after advising the situation they said they would have someone look into it. I called back and still nobody had looked into it and I asked for a manager. I was directed to parts manager who was the most helpful and within a few minutes she was able to tell me the wrong parts had originally been shipped. I would think my body shop or I would of been notified of this issue. The parts were reordered and again came in wrong. The truck was finally repaired and returned to my body shop. I had a brake back plate installed during your work that I was quoted 143.00 which I was paying out of pocket. I was contacted quickly by your service dept., of course because I owed money, and was advised I owed 193.00 which I advised wasn't the quote and once it was looked into they found I was correct. To make matters worse I found large noticeable scratches down the sides of my front black bull bar that weren't there, being a newer bar I installed, and were not there the night I found the truck unlocked in your lot. Being a Price customer since 1995 this isn't the first issue I've had there but it will be the last. I'd rather be inconvenienced and drive to a further Toyota dealership then deal with further aggravation from your service department.
