As part of the paint peeling recall, I brought in my 2009 Toyota Corolla at Price Toyota on September 29, 2020. The only positive aspect is that the manager communicated with me regularly before and scheduled the job in a reasonable time. However, I was completely disappointed at the job and the service (during and after). The manager delegated the supervision to another agent who failed to check the quality of service. -After the paint job was done, MY CAR'S INTERIOR, TRUNK AND ENGINE COMPARTMENT WERE DIRTY, COVERED WITH DEBRIS. A WEATHER STRIP WAS HANGING IN THE BACK DOORS AREA AND THE SEATS WERE FOLDED. This was the most horrific job I had ever seen at a Toyota dealership. In addition, the CAR WAS NOT WASHED; and he expected me to drive it in that condition. I notified the agent supervising the job. He tried to put back the weather strip and promised to take the car and detail it. It was a Saturday afternoon, and he told me to drive the car, IN ITS DIRTY CONDITION, and bring it back at the beginning of the week. I reluctantly followed his instructions, but he told me that he would order a full detail of the car. I brought the car on Tuesday, and picked it up the next day. The "detail" was poorly done, since the cabin compartment was still dirty. The engine compartment, which he promised to detail, was left DIRTY (I have pictures). -I had to clean residual debris, and i found that they had left a pin seating on the plastic part of the engine compartment. I HAD TO PERSONALLY PRESS IT TO SECURE THE PLASTIC CLOSE TO THE WINDSHIELD. -Ever since the painting job, my rear brakes do not respond as well as BEFORE I had taken the car to Toyota for the paint job. -I complained to the supervisor that the front and rear bumpers were not painted. He said that the plastic parts were not part of the painting. I seriously doubt that. I have been a Toyota car owner for 20 years, and I have taken pride in servicing my car at Toyota's. However, THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIFIC AND SUBSTANDARD JOB I HAD RECEIVED AT A TOYOTA LOCATION. THIS WAS A SLOPPY JOB,TO SAY THE LEAST. IT IS BELOW THE STANDARD OF SERVICE I HAVE EXPECTED AND ENJOYED AT TOYOTA. Edgard S

Am appointment was made to update my Prius' GPS. We specifically asked if the part was there and were told yes. We dropped the car off the night before, only to be told the next day that the part had to be ordered. If that was the case, why weren't we told beforehand? I had to make arrangements to get a ride to return to the dealer to pick my car up, and now have to do it all over again. EXTREMELY frustrating!!
