Raeshel is a wonderful customer service representative. First of all, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and she informed me about what was going on with my vehicle and how long the repair/service was going to take.
All work was done as quoted and an inspection was done to see if anything else was needed.
I’m very satisfied with the team at Price but not with Toyota. I feel Toyota cannot be trusted to support their customers. They should maintain support for all aspects of their product for a reasonable amount of time after purchase. 18 months is not reasonable.
Raeshel is outstanding, I have been dealing with her for a number of years, she has always been there for me, and she is the only one I ask for, because I know she will explain and go over anything that they found. I just can’t say enough about her.

I was completely satisfied with the service but I do plan on calling about the A section Concern that talks 2012- 2015 4 cylinder Tacoma Ann a Sequoia and a Tundra flex fuel requiring full synergetic fuel oil changed every 5000 thousand miles. This has nothing to do with my vehicle unless it’s implying that my vehicle requires synthetic too! Which I was told that my vehicle would require full synthetic oil when changed...
