The customer service was great! The only issue was the long wait for a simple oil change. I feel like it was due to over scheduling and not prioritizing which service to complete first to keep a flow of business and customer satisfaction. Once again your employees are wonderful it was just a time management issue.

This is my 1st time working with Sean & it is was truly a pleasure! Not only was he extremely informative. In addition he not only kept me informed throughout my service experience, but he as well spent time with me to break down the recommended services on my vehicle And is working with me too schedule a few services at a time over the next few weeks. Hopefully, I will be working with him to get these service items completed, I am confident that it will again be a pleasant experience!
