This was our first time there we've always gone to Team Toyota in Langhorne Pennsylvania but we moved to Middletown recently. We were always very happy with team but it's just too far but our experience was wonderful everyone was kind and courteous and we were impressed. Raeshel was very kind and and accommodating because my husband wasn't feeling well she got us in and out fairly quick and we really appreciated that
JD is Great. The service at your dealership is very slow. Again, very slow. I was in at 4700 miles, with an appointment. All I needed was tire rotation and check fluids. 1 hour 15 minutes wait. So no, not completely satisfied. The service is slow almost every time I come to see you. Again, JD is great.
