I am very impressed with Dacia and her level of customer care. I had to wait a couple of hours for my car and she came just to check on me! Was very thorough with her explanations at check out. This level of Common courtesy is not taught. It’s IN you. I know what good customer service is and Dacia Is exceptional. Thanks for taking such good care of me and my RAV4.

I was completely satisfied with the service advisor. I was not satisfied with the bill. I got home and the bill was $18.00 more then I was told it was going to cost. The gentleman that scheduled my service confirmed I would get the coupon oil change price. 54.95
