The only think that I didn’t like was that I was not allowed to stay and wait for my car. It was not my fault that my car was recalled and I feel that some arrangement were made for me to have a car to go home. Other then that I was ok with my service.

I am very disappointed on the service they did on my Siena because there were a lot of issues going on with van and I was never informed about these issues at the time I was bringing my van in for service even though they do multi services check on the van. I dont know why I wasn’t informed. Because of this poor service my van needed 4,500 dollars in repairs. I ended up trading my van in on new vehicle. That I was really not Prepared to buy a new one at this time
