Damon went out of his way to assist with unexpected requests from us. Perfect service and beyond!!! Also he was under the gun in terms of time sensitivity and rolled with it. Had my brother pick van up for me n he was not satisfied with service. He took pictures of my seats in my van n they had grease or something black on them. He put in a complaint along with pictures while it was still parked in garage.So with that said I was not satisfied.

We can’t thank Sean enough for his excellent service! We were about an hour into a road trip to South Carolina when a strange noise prompted us to pull over and we saw a part dragging on the road. We looked up your center and your staff was kind enough to fit us in on a Friday evening without an appointment. Sean was friendly and professional and got us back on the road quickly. He’s a great asset to your team! Our vacation hero!

It’s no big deal but I requested OEM parts when I bring my vehicle in for service and I got a NAPA filter. When I bring it in next time for front brakes this result will be totally unacceptable. I understand it’s a Chev Silverado but if this is a problem I’ll just take it to NuCar

That’s the second time Matt took care of me and he was excellent both times. He remembered me when I pulled in this morning. Worked wit me on a few questions. Very responsive. In fact, I noticed the maintenance light was still on when I got home. It was after hours and I texted the number that gave me all my info today and Matt got back to me, said they must have not reset it and told me he’d take care of it tomorrow. Very nice young man.
