The good... good service for my car. And great shuttle service so I could "not wait around". That's huge. The bad... phone communication. It's really hrd to get through to speak with someone in the service department.

I was satisfied with everyone and the oil change, but I think $170 should cover oil change rotation of tires. It was always included at other dealerships. I just assumed it would be offered with the price and service. I believe you should rethink offering rotation with an oil change.

I had to bring it in urgently for tires. Got in and was advised my rear brake is very bad with leaking wheel cylinders. They took care of that as well. I'm happy and safe.
