Erika took good care of my Jeep. I did not have a appointment, she still took in the vehicle, had it evaluated and repaired in a reasonable time frame. As always Tj e dealership did a nice job and returned my vehicle washed and in great shape.

I just so happen to be a Hotel Regional Manager and impressing me is not easy to.Having said that I would hire this young lady on the spot. All in all this whole establishment is incredible, every employee I came in contact with gave me a warm greeting and made sure I was taking care of. Once again thank you so much Erika King you are beyond amazing and I demand she gets a raise.

Had Ram 1500 eco in for two days for an electric door lock controller issue. Faulty. Part. Services ordered and stated it was back ordered. ETA,=NO ETA.” Could be a day, could be a week, could be months.” I had to drive all over SoCal today and had to have my truck or a rental. This is a warranty issue and they stated that they could not guarantee Chrysler would refund rental cost. Luckily truck was put together so I can drive. Service writer and techs great. The circumstances behind the wait is a corporate issue that needs to change! Gotta make it right somehow!

warranty item and charged $112.00, at 11 hours to perform 1.0 job code, truck sat for 7+ hours before even looked at will never use this place again
I don't have any issues with the representative Erika. She was polite and friendly. My issue was with how long it took. They had my 2017 Chrysler pacifica for almost 2 weeks, way too long. During that time, no one could tell me any updates if Erika wasn't there.
Thomas Siler dropped the ball at every opportunity when it came to customer service. Worst customer service I’ve ever had in any industry.

The service representative did not explain the problem to me or why the work I asked to be completed was not completed on this visit. I had to inspect my vehicle and ask!
as always leave it all day or night, checked the tsb and it gives 0.2 hrs to fix your service stinks and is not reliable, computers do the work not the people

I had my new key programmed for my 2017 truck. Payed with my debt card. I did not look at the amount charged at the time. I was charged $60. The original quote was $160. I signed the charge receipt and was given my copies and keys back and was told everything was good to go. Got a call back 7 hrs later saying the under charged me and want me to come back in to pay the balance quoted. Now I have to make a special trip back for a mistake I did not make. Not happy with that. The service team was very friendly and I am not dissatisfied with the service. If I am given my receipt and was charged incorrect that is not my fault.

We had a 4:00 appointment for a service contract oil change. We got there at 3:30 (early). Our car did not get finished until after 6:30. 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change when we had an appointment?
