Picked my car up, was not cleaned / washed, in fact it was in a worse condition than when I dropped it in, there were oil, grease marks on my dash, a tool was left inside the vehicle, I had oil change service done yet my service book is not stamped, and I still do not ha e a item used receipt of what work was carried out on my car, was meant to be emailed to me last Saturday, overall, quite disappointing. Asked for a quote on a windscreen replacement, still don’t have it.

Jeffery was very helpful and the team fixed the sensor problem for my car! I had initially visited the Nissan of Torrance with the same problem and they had not installed the new sensor properly.

Did not expect your Service guys to lie on my face about shuttle being not available due to an accident and all of a sudden the shuttle being there for another customer. Will probably come there for Service out of necessity, but not out of choice.

I'm not satisfied for the fact that the tecnisuin doesn't help me with my problems. And ny car is still making a popping noise on the drivers side.
