Jeffrey Coward always takes care of my car service and he does a good job. I am very pleased on the service provided. It makes a lot of difference to have a good front person to talk to. It makes the experience better although it's expensive due to the major service, I trust Jeffrey and he put back my trust to Nissan Tustin. Service was exceptional.

Even do I did not make an appointment i got a very good service and I thank you for that ????
The service associate that attended me was unbelievably disrespectful and condescending. He denied shuttle service to me and an hour later of waiting he offered a shuttle service to a man that came in for service. I had no problems with the servicing of the car other than my experience with Randy Toro. I will definitely not be returning to this location for any future inquiries because your service associate treated me horribly. It was not only the denial of a shuttle service but also of his negative attitude and unhelpful manner.
