While I loved Jeffrey’s great attitude snd service knowledge, I wasn’t happy about the delays in getting me in and out of the facility about an hour snd a half toget me on the way home in a Uber driven car! And just driving my ‘19 Altima Sr home at 5:30 tonite we need a real time discussion about the tires installed as I found the ride (compared to prior my service change very uncomftorable and I will bring it back to u tomorrow to review “the ride” it’s not near the same vehicle comfort wise? Those are my concerns and I will bribing my vehicle back tomorrow for a review!

I was very disappointed and the amount of my bill. And the time it took for me to receive my vehicle back. My technician Jared had called me asking for approval for recommendations for other work on my car which I gave him. I had provided him with a coupon when did I got discounts on the service provided. When I asked why my discount wasn't showing he told me it had already been reduced in the price already and I think that's a bunch of BS. Why would you not show what the actual price was after work that we're getting done and you going to tell your customer so it's already done how do we know what what the price was how do you know if you giving us the correct price. When Jerry had called me asking for my recommendation 2 make the changes on my car he told me it would take a couple more hours. I dropped my car off at 9 so I was assuming get my car would be ready about 2 because it was originally promised back to me around 11 play the original service that I brought it in for. I realize I didn't tell him that I had another appointment at 4 because I was assuming I would have my car back bye one or two at the latest. I start calling for him about 3 and was told that he was in a meeting and he would get back to me after his meeting was over. I asked young lady who answered the phone if you could at least tell me if my car was ready she just transferred me to his voice mail box. I don't think and we probably bringing my car back there for service if I can't trust I'm being charged the correct amount or that I can see Mae discounts for the coupons I provided.
