Jeff was great. But the issue that I had was your $160.00 diagnostic charge. This is to plug a small handheld device into the module of the car, and then read the code. Total time is about 3-5 minutes. This us clearly a cursory fee, and I will not be coming back.

Caxious has amazing communication skills and it shows in his outstanding customer service. Everything was completed and available in the time that we agreed to when I brought my car in for service. He did a great job with it and I am very satisfied with Caxious’ work!
