The service on the vehicle was fine, what I found disturbing was the vehicle was not cleaned at all on the inside. I was told the vehicle would only be cleaned on the exterior, found this strange as every car I have ever owned and got serviced was cleaned exterior & interior

Everyone was very nice, but I came in with two working key fobs and now one doesn’t work. They told me it’s $345 for a new one. It seems like something always happens at this dealership, which is a shame, because the people are so nice.
Caxious is excellent! Wonderful customer service, very helpful, courteous, attentive, made the service experience very easy and thoroughly addressed all my issues! Will definitely ask to work with him again next time!

They should or let customers know when they text that your car is ready to go directly to the cashier or put a sign on the service department for pick up to go directly to the cashier. I was in line and waited for 15 minutes before I was notified to go directly to the cashier. They were 2 employees working and the other did not even acknowledge me in line and just sitting doing paperwork. The other who is helping a customer finally notice I was standing there for and finally said if you are picking up you go directly to the cashier. You should put signs on the service dept to assist customers and let them know so they know instead of waiting.
