It is expected that the dealer offer the rental car itself when my car is going to be kept in the service facilities for more than a night, But I myself asked for service rental car and then it was approved. In total I was happy with the service and hope this continues cause still my car’s problems are not solved completely due to parts backorder and I need to come back again soon

The overall service was good except for the fact that my house keys were removed from the key ring with my car key- I thought the keys were lost and was looking for them everywhere. They failed to inform me where the service advisor would leave them.
Job was done in short time and right, but what make me feel uncomfortable is the charge when I bought a certified vehicle from Nisan .

I took my new SUV in for a recall service. The car is 3 months old and is flawless since I purchased it in late April. I maintain the exterior every week, by handwashing. I park out in the boonies to avoid the bangs and scratches from other parked vehicles. When I got my SUV from your dealership, I had 3 scratches on the right side fender, just under the hood. I also had windshield scratches that I can not rub out. There are 3 other scratches on the bottom right side, just under the door! Did I complain? NO! WHY? Because I would highly doubt that admitting the scratches came from the tech that worked on my vehicle would happen. That is the sad truth!
I took my car in, and it was previously washed and dried by myself, so I know that my vehicle was flawless, prior to having it worked on.
I waited 3 hours for a 20 to 30 minute job. When I got my car returned to me, it was delivered drenching wet! Thanks for the car wash, but to return it to me wet in warm weather is not acceptable! I'm grateful that I carry towels in my trunk, which I dried the car off prior to leaving. There's nothing worse than water spots on car paint in the warm/hot weather! Call me ****..............but, I'll be the first to admit, the care of my vehicles is who I am. I'm particular about it looking clean, unscratched and avoid dents and/or scratches as much as possible!
I believe that the 9 deep scratches on my windshield is because someone hit the windshield wipers while something was on the windshield. Perhaps a screwdriver/tool, debris or a small rock? I don not know, but there are scratches in my direct view that I see out my windshield!
I have spent hours rubbing out all the scratches that my car suffered at your dealership! Some are not coming out with wax and it's disappointing!
Here's my suggestion to your techs working on cars: Put a protective cover over the side of the cars because when they lean up against the vehicles with belt buckles or their buttons, pant zippers, they are scratching our cars! Have them wear apron!

jeffrey was amazing from the start i got to the dealership he came out and greeted me & promptly began to help me. He had amazing customer service and helped me fix multiple problems with my car with such ease. Even when not helping me it was easy to see how helpful he was with other customers.
