I brought my car in to get checked right before going on a road trip. Since we had only 2days before the trip, Cash arranged the schedule and had my car ready by the time we had to leave. I’m very satisfied with his work!
The services there was very professional and also well done , plus Jared **** was very kind and helpful once I got there , Nissan of Tustin should be happy to have him working there ..why? He always makes sure the customer gets the proper service and makes sure the job was well done . Amazing customer service representative.

I hate to say this, I was told the waiting time was about an hour. I waited 2
30. If I knew the time was going to be that long I would have arranged for someone to drive me home. I needed to be at work.
I understand the time is approximate but double the time was a bit too long of a wait.

Service members are always very nice. I usually get my services with Jeff, but the last couple times Caxious has helped me and he is very nice and accommodating. Even though I have a closer Nissan since I moved, and I still decide to make the 40 min drive to come back to Tustin Nissan :)
Terrible condescending attitude and not attending customers on time
I was charged $55 for oil change. I have a 5 yr warranty coverage. My 5 yrs is up in Sept this year. I was told it expired in May.
The sale of my car has always been a problem because I bought a reposed call that was purchased in June & I bought it in Sept...& the issue continues!
