I have never cried from the service I have received from a place until today. I had a concern that Juan and I had been working on fixing in my car and finally yesterday I was able to take it in and get it handled. When I got home and parked my car I started to cry because it was such a quiet and smooth ride . My car use to sound like a lawn mower was going off inside but now all I hear is my own thoughts. I can’t thank Juan enough for giving me such a wonderful experience. I truly felt that we shared the same cause and that he understood my concern. That’s the type of treatment Juan gives each and every time I go in to get my car handled. I recommend Juan to everyone I know who has a Honda because I know that I can trust his with those closest to me and that he will care for their car needs and make sure to see it through to the very end.

I came in without an appointment yet I was promptly attended to by Ryan Perez. My car was checked “from head to foot” which was accompanied with a written report. I also needed a referral to a window tinting place and was graciously given one. Ryan emailed me prior to the job being done... which gave me time to be prepared. BTW, your phone numbers on the internet do not work.
