I called @ 0730 and spoke to the Parts Department to be sure you had my tires in stock and then I spoke with Gabriel regarding the service. I explained that I would be leaving my car and would need a ride back to the Hospital. I checked in without any problem by 0815 and was told that the shuttle would be arriving @ 0830; 0845 still no shuttle, I asked to speak with the Manager, he said the shuttle would be arriving in 5 minutes, 0900 still no shuttle. I did not make it back to the Hospital until 0920. I saw so many employees just walking around the store not doing anything of importance, I do not understand why one of those employees could not give me a ride back to the hospital.
