I’m not sure if once they’re done with the service they wash AND vacuum your car, but my car was only washed. Not even fully washed. The rims were still dirty, there was still dirt on my back window and they didn’t vacuum at all. I don’t know what the policy is but if you’re gonna wash the cars at least vacuum them as well.. not happy at all

He was very kind and extremely helpful I really appreciated his customer service.
I was recommended to replace one of my tires ASAP when picking up my car. I would appreciate if this information could be communicated earlier. Later on the same day of my car service, the warning light of tire pressure was on. Although not sure it is the same tire has low pressure (haven't got the chance to have it checked), it's still not a good feeling knowing that this could have been prevented.

I was misinformed about services and I was told to return to the dealer another day without an appointment and when I got there I couldn’t be seen because I did not have an appointment. It was such an inconvenience and a waste of my time.
Gabriel was knowledgeable and patient. I appreciate his help. The young driver who drove me home was very polite. He is a very good driver.
