Wasn't upfront about what includes the mirror assembly. Wanted to use the old plastic housing for a new install where I paid for a whole brand new product

Pulled into the appointment lane. Was told by an intake rep that Gabriel would meet us at the car. Was told to move the car. Got out and a different representative told us someone would be helping me shortly. Told to move the car again. Got out for a third time and was told by yet a different representative that somone would help me shortly. Didn’t see Gabriel at any point. After the appointment I wasn’t give a basic inspection report (ex: tire condition, brake condition etc). Very unorganized service. Very chaotic. Very disappointing.
Everyone was very courteous and pleasant. As I was waiting for my suv, i was asked if I had been helped. I told the gentleman that I was waiting for my dirty vehicle. He had my suv washed! It was an absolute great experience
Rigo in Sales arranged for my side steps to be installed on my new Pilot, Rigo's his customer service was amazing, but the service team was awful, took for ever, to get shuttle to take me work, but what really made my experience worst, when the service writer called me to inform me, that my vehicle was ready. I asked him, can you send me a shuttle to pick me , all rude!!! He said we dont send shuttles for customer pick up I mentioned to him, Rigo stated, he arranged a shuttle to take me to work, and pick me up. It felt like he did not care at all. So I had call around to find a ride to the dealership. I would like to acknowledge Rigo and the sales team!!! Super job, but the service team, not for me.

Anytime I would call to talk to him he was always too busy I was told by the receptionist that he would call me back and he would never call me back this happened a few times. I dropped out my car the 24th of May I was told by him that my car was at the shop getting re painted on the GPS I have on the car showed that it was still at Honda Nelson on peck. After bugging him about getting my car he had the shop that was doing the work in south el monte call me I explained that my car has been gone for a long time he informed me that the car had only been there for a week I told him I know I have gps on it so I finally got my car on june 12th I feel like it took alot Longer than necessary
