Oil change was performed on my Honda Accord earlier today. None of the fluids were checked or topped off coolant and washer fluid. The oil life wasn’t reset either. I spoke to the manager today about the service . This is actually not the first time it’s happens. On my previous visits it also happened and I let one of the technicians know . Same reason why I don’t get any other services Done there, not to sure if it will be done correctly!

I waited about 20 minutes to even get checked in for my service appointment I asked for help and was told that someone was on there way to help me as I saw the individual that helped me at the ended was doing absolutely nothing but hanging out just walking back and forth in the service department. The customer service here is absolutely horrible. When they confirmed my appointment it stated that there would be a free car wash and I later get back and discover that my car is still dusty. I am upset as this has been the worst service experience I have ever had.
