I arrived early for my appointment and I was told the technician assigned to my car was not in yet, but he would assist me! Okay.... thanks! Anyone should assist me. I received a phone call that my car was ready, when I approached a Honda employee he asked me if he was assigned to my vehicle? I just think it should not matter who is assigned to my vehicle....

La persona que me tenia que atender tardo hablando por telefono y otro companero de el tuvo que empezar a atenderme, despues al momento de entregarme mi carro le comente acerca de una luz que marca un fallo, el solo me dijo que hiciera otra cita y que no podian revisarlo en ese momento. La verdad no fue nada amable.

Andika was incredible kind and. helpful in explaining the problems with my car. He took extra time and effort in gathering information from the technicians to give me some very good advise. I felt like I could trust him and I felt that he wasn't trying to upsell me on maintenance which is very rare in my experience. I would definitely come back to Honda El Monte to get help from Andika.
Andy has been amazing and a complete joy. He is the epitome of above and beyond customer service and care. He is really kind and is there to help. Any question or situation he has a solution and does it with a smile. I myself work in the customer service industry and can say he is one of the best if not the best person working at El Monte Honda. He rental of the car 40 dollars was a little pricey for 1 day.

My Odyssey was not fully repaired and I had to come right back. Then I come back as suggested on .Monday and they have to order the part. Now a third visit is necessary. Manny Montoya was great. But the whole experience not so much.
