Was told that Honda will honor competitors coupon regardless of profit. At the time of visit, service representative said the coupon was “too big of a discount” and could not honor it. Therefore I had to pay a premium price for the service.

I’m happy they did the recall right but had Issues when you guys wash my car you guys broke the front grill of my car. I told Gabriel and what he told me it was already there but it was not. It’s my car, I should know what kind of damage I’ve had to my car. It wasn’t there that morning so I hope you guys either fix it.

I was very disappointed with Gabriel's service and he didn't have the patience to answer my questions. When I told him that my car still had a quality problem (the waterproof strip of the window fell down), he told me very impatiently that this was not his business. Even my car didn't clean. I hope that you will strengthen the management of your employees. It is very inappropriate for him to treat customers like this, or you can tell him how to keep smiling.
