Andy was very approachable and had a smile the whole time he spoke to me. I let him know I couldn’t stay too long because I had to go home and breastfeed my daughter soon so they did my first maintenance oil change to my 2019 Honda Pilot in 45 minutes! That’s fast because it also included checking my air filters, tire rotation, etc! I highly recommend Andy!!

Car is great, though the back-up camera that was replaced under warranty is more blurry than the one that was replaced. Is that normal? Also, I was told car would be done at 11:15 AM, and I see that the invoice was printed at 11:04 AM. I was not called, and around 12:35 PM I decided to check up on the car. I could not find the service agent, but someone else helped me out. I am wondering why I wasn't called. Otherwise, a pleasant experience!
