Good morning..I’m not really the type of person to complain, but was a little disappointed the fact that I was called and notified that my car was ready to pick up and was not ready.. Another think that I had ask for was to get my car washed.. I understand it’s a courtesy on behalf of the dealership, but it was not washed.. I’m sad to say, but I’m disappointed with my visit. Hopefully this matter gets addressed to the correct person who handles this types of situations..

Service by nick was good however I placed an appointment but I wasn’t in the system nick was nice and help me anyways, I don’t know what was wrong whit the system.
Service and wait time was reasonable no longer than an hr.
Best experience I've had at El Monte Honda so far, everyone was quick but efficient. Ryan took his time and went over everything in my multipoint inspection & made sure I was completely satisfied with how everything went today

Yes I was completely satisfied with Gabriel, he is an awesome service representative and I will continue my service with in the future. He is honest and compassionate person and deeply cares for his customers.
I made an appointment and arrived on time. I waited 1/2 hour before someone actually came talk to me. Waited at the dealer. No update until I ask what’s the status. The technicians were not friendly or welcoming.
I’ve been at service department many times, but this time was disappointing.
Andika was nice and explained the issue clearly, and how to prevent it in the future (make sure I tighten my gas cap minimum 3 clicks). He reassured me my issue was resolved. I would return again based off my experience with him
I was there waiting for more than 10 minutes to get some attention, no body come to ask me anything only serious faces around body say even a good morning no body with a smile in their faces

Andika is very helpful and efficient. He is always smiling and Explains everything that is done to the car. I have great confidence in the service provided.
Very bad attitude, no greeting and another customer cut in front of me and u don’t even care. Would never buy a car from you guys again not doing any service.
Gabriel is the absolute best! He has always taken such amazing care of our Hondas through the years and we appreciate it so much! He has always given excellent, outstanding customer service!
